A Peek at my Vision

So, one of the exercises for the ecourse I am taking is to make a business vision board. YOUR vision of where you want your business to go. I absolutely LOVE this exercise and began to dream of a business I actually never quite thought of before. Here is a peek at my board . . .

Oh, before I leave . . . I have to share one more quick story and photo with you.While I was downloading the above picture from my camera, I found that Ella got a hold of my camera yesterday and took about 30 pictures of her club penguin computer game, AND my studio.  I love when she does this and when I can see the world through her eyes. Here is a photo of my studio work desk, from Ella's height.


Yep . . . that's it. Cluttered and crazy . . . just full of happy chaos . . . and right in the middle of some awesome creative time this past week. LOVE IT!

    Can't wait to get the scoop on your vision!! PACKED with dreams. I love it!!

    And I love that EB picks up the camera and does that. I need to give my grandkids permission to pick up the camera whenever the mood strikes. It's so wonderful to see it thru their eyes!!

    Oh your vision board looks amazing...and love that Ella took those photos. They are so precious!!

    I am working on something today that involves you and so many other of my dear blog friends. This is a leap for me and I can't wait to show you!!:)

    It is a bitterly cold day here in Italy so I am staying warm and cosy by the fire and catching up on my blog reading. What a great idea the vision board is and it sounds like you are finding it such fun Leanne.

    I love your vision board! I meant to do one, I guess I still have time, huh? I can't wait to hear your explanation of it all. I also love when my son takes pics of the world through his eyes. Love your wonderfully messy desk (reminds me of mine!) :-)

Have you ever heard of a Smash Book? If you are a scrapbooker or art journal person, you may have. If you are not one of those types, you may not have. I am a scrapbooker . . . but had no idea what a Smash Book was. That is, until my dear friend Peggy brought hers to our Scrapbook Cellar gathering last month. She introduced us all to her cool little composition journal, and the conversation went something like this: PK :  Here is my Smash book. Me : Your what? PK : My Smash Book. Me : Like, smash, what? Any day now . . . Any day now . . . we will see you in all your glory, and the memory of past Springs will become our reality once again.  Any day now . . . I will walk passed you and be reminded of that scene in "Willie Wonka" . . . Gene Wilder as "Willie Wonka" image obtained from Google Image Search. Original site unknown. . . . when Gene Wilder drinks something (that I like to imagine is the sweetest, butteriest, most amazing thing) from a buttercup, and I'll wish just once I could do the same with you. Any day now . . . I will turn the corner of our block and find you waiting for me with your petals wide open, as if wanting to give me a Spring hug, and your scent will make me feel as if the heavens have opened up and sprinkled sweet smells over us all. Hot Off The Presses! A fanTAStic Weekend Treat!

Howdy Friends!!! Hope this post finds you all doing well! As part of my blog series "100 Things to Do with Grapes"  (STOP - wait a minute .... are you kidding me??? I don't have a blog series about grapes!!! Oh - but just imagine if I did!!!), I just had to share with you one of my very all time favorite summer treats . . .  Ok, are you even slightly interested? Hang in there with me, ok? Because this easy, summer "yum" is bound to be a favorite of YOURS!!!! That is . . . unless you have a peanut allergy. If you have a peanut allergy, I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST making this treat. (Come back Monday for another more appropriate post for you.)
